Shipping Guarantee

DVDarts guarantees to ship your completed DVD or Encoding project within 7 days from the time the project materials are received. For DVD projects it concerns proving all necessary authoring data, such as location of chapters and graphics, and any other information required to complete your project. Include them accurately with the project tapes. The project delivery date guarantee is voided when project data provided by the customer is inaccurate. If the project data is inaccurate, then the project manager will contact the customer for the accurate information. The seven-day guarantee will begin once that information is obtained.

For Website creations DVDarts guarantees a delivery time of 30 days, starting from the moment all the information concerning the project is obtained. The project delivery date guarantee is voided when project data provided by the customer is inaccurate. If the project data is inaccurate, then the project manager will contact the customer for the accurate information.

For each Video Project, DVDarts will agree with the client on the delivery date, knowing that the duration of creating process will change with the length of the project.
