Prices

All prices are F.O.B. DVDarts. You agree to pay all transportation and handling charges. 

Payment

Payment is due when the order is placed and the media is submitted to DVDarts. You may pay by money order, cashiers check, Company or personal check. (Company & personal check orders will be shipped after check clears from the bank). 

Warranty

DVDarts uses DVD-R and DVD-RW media and equipment which are used by professionals in the DVD industry. Finished media products are checked for physical defects only. MPEG-2 conversion may produce certain artifacts based on the quality of your video source. DVDarts cannot be responsible for artifacts that arise from poor quality source.

Cancellation

Cancellation of orders may be made in writing or by email. You will be charged for all costs incurred up to the date of the cancellation.

Compatibility

The DVD-R and DVD-RW standard has been approved by the industry consortium of DVD player manufacturers. Compatibility issues with DVD-R or DVD-RWs may occur in some DVD players manufactured in 1997. DVDarts cannot be responsible for the compliance of your player with the DVD-R(W) specification and you should check with the manufacturer or your manual prior to ordering. Check that it comes with a "dual optical read head".

Respect the Copyrights

The information you share with us, including your video tapes and media you send us, will never be shared with any third party without your permission. We consider your information highly confidential and vigorously enforce our privacy policy within and beyond our company when handling customer information and video / audio assets.
Choreographies and compositions are protected by the code of the intellectual property. The copyright proprietor might have licensed the picture contained in the video for private home use only and prohibits any other use, copying, reproduction or performance in public, in whole or in part. In case of uncertainty please contact the author. By ordering a service from  DVDarts you agree to take full responsibility concerning the copyrights which might apply to the video material.
